How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to the Growth plan for 14 days — no credit card required. Create clients, generate ideas, write scripts, and use the full content calendar. At the end of your trial you can choose a paid plan to keep your work, or it will be preserved for 30 days while you decide.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace is locked but your data is safe. You have 30 days to upgrade before any content is removed. If you upgrade within that window, everything is exactly as you left it.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.
How do I add team members to my workspace?
Go to Settings → Team and send an invite by email. Team member seats depend on your plan — Starter includes 1 seat, Growth includes 3, and Agency is unlimited.
What AI model powers the idea and script generation?
ContentBunker uses GPT-4o as the primary model with an Anthropic fallback. You get high-quality, context-aware content tailored to each client's niche, tone, and audience.
Can I use ContentBunker for multiple clients?
Yes — that's exactly what it's built for. Each client has their own profile, ideas, scripts, and calendar. The Starter plan supports up to 3 clients, Growth supports 10, and Agency is unlimited.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, email us at support@contentbunker.com and we'll sort it out. We want you to get value from the product.
